Any type of prescription type medication a doctor is needed to obtain a prescription for it. No doctor will prescribe medication without seeing your first, as it is illegal and unethical for them to do so. I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but this is the way the process works. If money is a problem, most doctors/hospitals/clinics are willing to work out a monthly payment plan with you.
