My wife is having severe paranoia and she is just so angry ...

My wife is having severe paranoia and she is just so angry right now. She is sitting and crying or threatening me..i am not sure if this is a medical emergency? She is on clonazepam and fluoxetine and i am not sure if she is taking it regularly. Should i call 911 and take her to emergency?

Already Tried:
I tried talking to her..but she is very hysterical and totally beleives she is hearing voices and she beleives something has happenned - when in fact it has not.
