within the past 3 days i found a small amount of blood in ...

within the past 3 days i found a small amount of blood in my fecal. this has happened 3 times before in the past 6months. I also found a patch on my hair. I know that i've been stressed out for the past 2months. Could this be the cause? Do I need to worry?
