Is there a way to delay or stop my period without using the pill?

I am currently not on the Pill, but I need to know if there is anything that I could do to shorten the cycle or stop it other than the pill. I also heard that taking medication to correct infertility could help shorten the cycle is this true?

I haven't tried anything yet. I just started my cycle today and wasn't expecting it.

Hi,

Once the period has started there is no way to stop the period in between .
