I have been having random tremors and blackouts along with extreme exhaustion following a major seizure 6 months ago, what might be wrong with me?.I am currently on 200mg of Dilantin (recently down from an alternating 300mg/400mg) I also began carbamazepine at 400mg (1 2oomg morn/night) I am a 27 year old male married working in the Auto glass industry...some chemicals but nothing that warns of seizure that I know of. Other symptons have included shaking (mostly of the hands...some uppper body) mostly when I am anxious??? or adrenaline??? an example might be someone challenging me to a race assembling a mechanism requiring a reasonable amount of dexterity. I have a very competent neuroligist at Mt Sinai in Toronto On just looking at all options. To date I have had 5 eeg 3 mri 2ct 2 lumbar punctures. During the first seizure I was unconcious/sedated for around 3 days.
