I need to renew a prescription that has expired for toprol xl 50mg (once daily). This medicine has been successfully treating my condition (A.V. Node Re-Entrant Tachycardia). I do not have a regular cardiologist or insurance and need to have a prescription written before I run out. What should I do?

Optional Information:
Male, Age: 36, Nebraska

Already Tried:
cannot afford another consultation with a cardiologist without insurance. I have had my follow-up and the toprol has worked well with no side effects.
