After someone does cocaine and their nose begins to hurt and have other problems, what medicine or spray can they use to heal the nose. He also said it hurts behind his eye & in his temple. I am trying to get my brother to go to the hospital but he does not want anyone to know what he did. I am really worried about all these side affects because he has been doing it on and off for days with his dirt bag friends. I am very close to telling our mother and calling the cops on his friends. Any advice???
