Dr,i think i have an ulcer as whenever i have food, i feel pain in my abdomen and lower back. i take yoghurt which helps soothe me but can you prescribe foods and medicine to help me with this problem

It is a consistent pain in my abdomen. Tea, spicy foods aggravates the symptoms. My lower back also aches consistently.

I had done a stool test that declared i had infection. But the medicines did not help. Medicines make me feel worse.
