hello, i have for about six months feel this heat or ...

hello, i have for about six months feel this heat or blood rush to the top of my head, and feels like a wave of heat releasing from the top. i have noticed it is when i am angry or upset with something and it feels like a vein at top of my head is going to burst. i have no other symptoms e.g headaches or blurred vision

i am currently suffering from depression

i am on no medication

i am 28 and have not tried any medication as i do not know what the problem is

my blood pressure was taken two weeks ago and the gp
said it was very good

Thats a good sign about your blood pressure. I would like to see if you can take your blood pressure when you are feeling this heat or blood rush. You may have transient blood pressure spikes that cause this reaction.
