Are there any new medicines to treat Idiopathic Urticaria

I have suffered from CIU for 18-19 years of my life, I am now 30 yrs old, and still have horrible bouts with this sickness which include angiodema.

Female, Age: 30, Virginia

Already Tried:
I have tried every antihistamine avail, ,the only thing that works is Benedryl which of course makes me like a walking zombie. I have also been prescribed xyol which I thought was a new medical breakthrough but again I have been let down.
