I am 44 yo female. I quit taking Yasmin in November 2005. I have not had a period since then. I went to my internal medicine doctor and she drew lab work. Here are the results: TSH 1.124, Estrogen 218, Progesterone 0.3, Prolactin 4.7, LH 54.6, and FSH 59.9.
What could be happening? The high estrogen is concerning. The other values look like post menopause. Please help.

Thyroid function is normal
estogen is elevated meaning a cyst or decreased ovarian reserve (poor function)
progesterone is in the follicular phase - consistant with a cyst not ovulation
prolactin is normal
lh/fsh consistant with ovarian failure
My guess- you either have a cyst and are perimenopausal
or you are just perimenopausal
I don't say complete menopause till fsh closer to 70 and or no menses for 12 months

So should I have some other tests to rule out a cyst, or just take the Yasmin again? I do have a history of irregular periods, every 2 weeks (no ovulation).
