Hello, I am going through the menopause at the moment and have gained a lot of weight around my stomach. I understand that this is usual but wondered if you have a diet sheet to help me know which foods to eat and which to avoid. I like bread, but would this be a bad thing to eat? I don't eat much fat directly and have soya milk and and hardly any dairy foods. I would appreciate your advice. Thank you. I eat some fruit, but prefer vegetables.

Hello

I advice you to increase green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Also if possible add skimmed milk and Butter milk.Regarding Bread i would advise you to have Brown Bread only. Also abdominal excercises and aerobics should be added in your schedule. Also drink at leat 10-15 glasses of water daily.Try small frequent meals rather than one large meal.
