I had a baby almost 3 months ago and haven't started my menstrual cycle yet. I am having what seems to be lower abdominal pain and kidney pain. An abdominal xray was conducted and signs of blockage found in my colon. However, I was treated for that particular problem and the abdominal and "kidney" pain persists.
Please help.
