I have clear vaginal discharge and have not had my period in almost two years is that normal?

No this is not normal for an 18 year old. A clear vaginal discharge can be normal depending on texture and how much discharge that you have. But I would highly suggest that you be seen byu your OB/GYN if you have no known reason for not having a menstrual cycle to determine the cause as it could be serious and is not normal for a woman as young as you to not have a menstrual cycle for two years. A uterine infection can cause an absent cycle and the longer you wait to be seen the more problems it could result in.
