can taking too much synthroid cause vaginal bleeding?

I have been having extreme vaginal bleeding. I was restarted on synthroid .75mg about 2 months ago. I am 37 year old

Hi,
You are right in stating that use of synthyroid can lead to menstrual irregularities including increased bleeding,
however it is possible that your bleeding may also be related to an altered thyroid status (you would need to get a repeat Thyroid profile) or an unrelated cause (an Ob/Gy examination wll be needed).
Bottomline, You would need to discuss the case with your physician, and take a thyroid profile and Gynecologist opinion at the very minimum,
