I have had menstral bleeding now non-stop for a year.

I have had menstral bleeding now non-stop for a year. It will stop for 2 or 3 days but start back up. I have alot of clotting, stomach pain and soreness, I am tired all the time and have had loss of appetite some days but with no weight loss. My stomach is very hard to the touch.

Already Tried:
been to the er many times but each time they write it off as a kidney or uti but these are different symptoms
