Something else I noticed since I found out this morning ...

Something else I noticed since I found out this morning that I was expected was irregualar bowel movements. I could be constipated, then turn around and have diarrhea within the same day. Is that normal when you find out your pregnant?

No over the counter med's but have been using a herb for irregular bowel movements.

Yes, hormones can wreak havoc on your bms during pregnancy, just like they do during a menstrual cycle. Many women experience constipation leading up to the onset of their period, and then diarrhea for a day or two after it starts. I see another expert is answering your other question, depending on the answer for that, you can add that to your list of symptoms when you see your doc. But in and of itself, that is perfectly normal with pregnancy.
