I have been excessively bleeding for 14 days. HELP!

I am a healthy 24 year old female I have been bleeding excessivly for 14 day, at first i belive it was period than once it was going away i had intercorse with my husband and since i haven't stoped bleeding nor is it getting any better. Tomorrow which is a sunday will be 15 days of heavy bleeding, should I be worried and go to the hospital.
