I am 48 years old with a history of uterine fibroids. I miss a period once and awhile (periomenipausal) This time I missed my period 3 weeks ago.   I have a lot of pressure and some cramping after sexual intercourse.   The symptoms match how I feel the day before I get my period, but I dont have any bleeding.    Whats up?
