Thanks for the information.
You need to go to your doctor asap to get things checked out.
First - You may not actually have a yeast infection, and instead have a bacterial infection (which mimics the symptoms of a yeast infection but tend to stick around longer). The good news is that there are excellent doctor prescribed medications that can clear up both yeast infections and bacterial infections. Ideally, after seeing your doctor and beginning treatment, you won't have any more problems with this after about a week.
Second - The pain you are experiencing could be from a few things. While the "lump" you describe could definitely be a lymph node, it may also be your ovary. I asked about when you experience the pain because there is a fairly common, yet not well known, condition called mittelschmerz - pain during ovulation. It can be very painful in some women, and last for a week or two every month. For more information, see:
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/mittelschmerz/DS00507
The pain may also be from endometriosis or an ovarian cyst - both are fairly common problems in women which requires medical attention. For more information, see:

You need to discuss your pain with your doctor or ob/gyn specalist. Ideally you should have an ultrasound done (and possibly other procedures) to see what the cause of the pain is.
If you have further questions, feel free to ask!
Sincerely,
Emily
