Tri-Nessa birth control pills taken out of order.
Sent to Health Experts October 19 01:11 PM

I am currently taking Tri-Nessa birth control pills. Recently, I lost the pack I was taking while on vacation and got another one to replace it. I began taking the pills where I left off; however, I accidentally got off track and have now taken 4 pills that I wasn't suppose to take (the white ones on the outer circle instead of going to the green ones in the inner circle). My question is: What should I do now? Continue taking the white pills (will I then miss my period this month)? Start taking the green pills from the beginning? Take the green pills where I should be at right now? or Stop taking them and wait until I should start a new pack over? I would appreciate any assistance you can give me. Thanks!
