I am startin to notice that more often than not when I have my period I am having blood clots all the time and I'm passing them more than I am passing just plain blood alone is this something I should worry about

Is the flow heavier than it normally was prior to the clots occurring?

my periods usually last 2maybe 3 days at the most yes my flow is heavier, and i do have pain sometimes the pain is so bad I feel it in my hips and inner thighs really bad
