I had an IUI done on June 15 .. injured my hand just after that and had to wait to get my cortisone shot until after we discovered if i was p[regnant or not... on the 27th of June my period came and on July 2nd my ortho dr. gave me the cortisone shot... now 14 days after my last period I am bleeding again... could this be an effect of the cortisone or should I be concerned that it may be a miscarriage/complication ?
