Estrogen hormone controls the condition and consistency of vaginal mucus.At the beginning and the end of the menstrual cycle when estrogen levels are low, there will be very little mucus.The quantity of mucus increases in relation to the estrogen levels, becoming thinner, somewhat milky.

So its not of concern.There may be slight hormonal disturbance.If this happen again in next cycle,then you may need examination.Just watch for any white discharge during your cycle.
