My gynecologist told me that I have PCOS a while back. I''''''''ve always had very irregular menstrual cycles. My period just went off last week after being on for a month. Now, it seems as if it is trying to come back on. I''''''''m not bleeding heavy yet, but I''''''''m spotting. Also, I''''''''m having very severe cramps (worse than I''''''''ve ever had), and they get worse when I drink grapefruit juice. What could cause the flare up with the juice? What could cause the pains to be so much worse this time? My cramps are so bad that I''''''''m having sharp pains, not only in my stomach, but in my back and my vagina as well.

Already Tried:
I've tried seeing gynecologists and getting ultrasounds. It was determined that I have PCOS. I've also been placed on Clomid before to increase my chances of ovulation.

No, I haven't been tried on anything besides the Clomid.
