health problems

I am a 47 yo female in relatively good physical condition. Lately I have been experiencing what I believe to be GERD but I'm not sure. Whenever I eat ANYTHING, (sometimes even when I haven't eaten) I get extremely painful heartburn. Can you tell me if this could be something else I need to be concerned with. I have just recently had a physical and was given a clean bill of health. Also, for the last 2-3 months I have been experiencing very painful and tender breasts. There is no possibility of my being pregnant and I have had a partial hysterectomy so it can't be due to menstrual cycle. I have put on approximately 20-30 pounds within the last 2 years and have noticed my breast size has increased but could this be the cause of the pain and tenderness or something else?
