I am 46 years old. I have been experiencing two menstrual periods after a week apart. Is this normal, why & how does it affect my well-being?

Hormonal disturbances
Fibroids
Cervical erosions
Uterine cancer
Thyroid abnormalities
Stress
Viral illness

And other causes too,
You should talk to your ob/gyn if this problem persists / recurs so that a serious cause can be ruled out,
