I had sex with a woman using a condom. I had sex 15 days, 12 days and 10 days before her expected period...all using a condom. This same lady also had unprotected sex with another man 8 days before her expected period start date. She is now pregnant. In your opinion, who is most likely to be the father, myself, used a condom 15,12 and 10 days before expected menstruation start, or the other person who had unprotected sex 8 days before expected period start?

While obviously your use of condoms substantially cuts the risk, 8 days before her next menstrual period is (assuming a normal 28 day cycle) much less likely to find her ovulating.

Obviously there is a limit to what medical science can determine with such limited information.

The answer I provide will necessarily be a rough estimate.

I would say it is slightly more likely that you are the father than that he is.

But obviously only genetic testing would be able to determine for sure.
