i ha ve stomach pains feels like period cramps really bad gas my tounge was black this morning when i woke up the stomach pains started last night

I think the black tongue is a fungal problem and the cramps are a seperate issue. I will wait for another expert to help you with this to ensure that you get the best answer possible. Thanks.

Where is the pain located at in the abdomen area? Upper, lower, right, left, middle area?

I'm very glad you found out..If it's a common cyst, it will rupture after menstruation begins.
