Nausea, diarrhea, sweating, palpitations, and flushing soon after eating a meal can occur after some forms of intestinal surgery, most commonly after gastrectomies. This is called "dumping' syndrome. The usual remedy for this is to eat more frequent and smaller meals, plus a high fat diet which will reduce the gastric motility time. You need to consult the doctor who performed the intestinal surgeries on you and request more information about this.
