Can you get PMS during or after menstruation? I sometimes get very bad symptoms of PMS, such as moodiness, sadness, cramps and headaches before, but I seem to have these during my period this time. This never happened before. I am 42 years old.

nothing - but I am on antidepressants for about 10 years now

I would be slightly concerned if the symptoms have started at the present age, about the possibility of these being premenopausal symptoms.
Discuss this possibility with
your Ob/gy and get tested appropriately if any other possibility is supected as per your history/ examination,
