I JUST FINISHED MY MENSTRUATION AND WITH CURRENT CYCLE WILL BE ON AGAIN DURING SPECIAL VACATION AT THE END OF THE MONTH. IS THERE ANY WAY TO ALTER MY CYCLE? I AM NOT CURRENTLY ON THE PILL. AND THERE IS NO RISK OF PREGNANCY.

Other than if you are already on the pill, the only other way is with a medication called norithisterone, but this needs to be started at least four days before your period is due. In this case you would need to see your doctor to get a script. If this isn't soon enough, the only other option is to go to your drug store and pick up some Insteads. Insteads are a menstrual cup that can safely be left in place for up to 12 hours. You can read more about them here
