i have been suffering from low abdomen pain and its constant everyday but the pain feels liek cramps but very slight pain that is more of a Customer (name blocked for privacy). I have vaginal discharge ever since i woke up one day and i had a very bad right low pain in my abodomen that it felt like a stinging pain, i could not get up and have to be in a rolled upi position i could not lay straight for about an hour. the pain was so bad that i was crying. Someone told me that a cyst irrupted but i never went to get it checked and ever since is when i have been feeling disconfort on lower abdomen. i am still sexually active and dont have any disconfort or pain. what can this be?

where is the lower abdomen pain, right, left or in the middle?

You say you have a discharge, can you describe the discharge, such as thick, thin? Color and if there is an odor?

the pain is mostly on the right side but i feel as well in the middle. a lot of pressure and tight.

I have discharge is like a white color or brownish pale. it has no ordor.
