how healthy is it to breathe in mold and mildew and that musty smell

I have been gettin nauseau and bad headaches dirarria not sure if it is all related the smell is bad sometimes and Im in a place where all windows are closed and got a dehumidfier and airconditioner in one to see If I could correct the problem
