I tend to get cancher sores often... maybe 1 a month or so... sometimes I know they come from a trauma, my most recent one I bit my lip, but others I have no clue. Is there any explanation for them?

Ok I have never had any pain or irritation of any kind in my genital area, so am I right in guessing that this is not a sexually trasmitted disease?

probably not std related. Even those that have never had sex can get canker sores and or cold sore. It is all in the family of Herpes simplex. I wouldn't recommend kissing anyone while you have these open sores, but it doesn't mean that you have an actual std.
