If you have coldsore on your mouth and you kiss sombody and than they go down on you can you get herpies...or if you go down on sombody while you have a cold sore than have sex with them can you get herpes? or...is it only direct contact with the sore...Ive never had a cold sore before this is my first one and i didnt know what it was until a week of having it ... and this is really making me go crazy!!!
