I am a heavy person, and have been working out alot.

I am a heavy person, and have been working out alot. Ever since, I guess it would be 2 months ago, I noticed that the skin under my stomach by my pelvic region is cutting open. The skin gets really sore and red, and its looks like a slice right accross my stomach, (directly under my gut). I am concerned, I am wondering what is causing this, and what to do to fix it. I have dropped 30lbs and I shower and use powder after every workout to stop sweating. Please let me know what could be causing this.
