Three years ago I was raped, and lately I have been afraid that I may have some sort of disease, I have a bad odor from my private area, but I also get sores on my inner thigh, that just seem like boils, but my skin is also darkened on my inner thigh. I am overweight, and am working on that now, I don't know if that could be a reason. Do you ahve any suggestions as to what it would be?

It could be a yeast infection, or a bacterial infection. Your best bet is to have it checked by a doctor. It sounds like you will most likely need a course of antibiotics, or an antifungal to clear this up.
