I have a 7 week old baby and she seems really uncomfortable ...

I have a 7 week old baby and she seems really uncomfortable all the time, she is restless and grunts alot. She is only pooping once a day. Should I be concerned about this?

giving her water and something called "Grip Water"

it is kind of a puddy texture to start then it goes from dark green to yellow and squishy. It only happens once a day, like it's all the poop accumulated throughout the day. She is formula fed, Enfamil Lipil with Iron
