One week ago my daughter had a car accident and has been had bleeding into the lateral calf muscle (It is still bruised and rock hard in areas), and a bad area at the medial knee area just above the popliteal area. The knee area has decreased sensation and there is a approx. 3x3 area hardened near the knee in that area. It is very tender for her. It was elevated with ice for 2 days. She has now been swimming and trying to stretch the leg (her left leg). I feel she needs to see another doctor. I am a nurse but I just not sure which doctor would be the best, most economical choice. Can you advise?
