ersing management?thical delemma in nursing,causes?nursing management?

being a nurse how can i overcome ethical delemma when a patient is refusing to be hoisted,though she cant bear weight on her feet.she wants me to lift her manually,it is against law and very stressful,

This is more of a trust issue than her being scared of the hoist. You have to really connect with a patient like this and earn her trust. Having another caregiver in the room on the other side of her may also be very helpful in reassuring the patient. If this answer helps please hit the accept button. Thank you.

i need a detailed answer in 300 words.should explain what is delemma?wht the nurse can do to reassue the patient?wht all nursing action can be done 4 the patient.and the rationale of those nursing action with proper reference

should explain every thing in 300 words. i will explain the question once more.
being a nurse a patient is refusing to use hoist because of dignity image,she says it is embaressing procedure and she doesn't want to be pick her like a potato bag ,she wants me to lift a manually she is quiet heavy and totally unbear weight .according to safety law picking a patient maually is against law ,what r the nursing action can be taken and discuss its rationale.
