spotting

my last period was nov 26 to dec 4. i didn’t have a normal period in dec. i had a light spotting jan 2to 5, and then again a week later. i have taken two hpts and all were negative but the last three weeks i have felt like i had a stomach every night when i went to bed and feeling extremely tired all the time and lower abdomen dull pain, so i might be about 6 weeks along should i go to the doctors and get a blood test to help me anwser my question?
