Question

why would i want to be a medical aid?

having been working in nursing home for years,may have chance to become medcial Aid, why would I be medical aid.

It opens the door to better pay and benefits as well as allow you to progress on up to an RN or LPN as well with further schooling and degrees. The work you would be doing would be more fulfilling then what you are doing now and the more experience you have the better you can get promoted to a higher position with the knowledge you will gain by becoming a medical aid.

Iready want this job,need more, I know it will be fulfilling and the knowledge I will gain will help toward becoming a nurse can you think of anything more please.
