I have a some irritation on my penis. there are little red spots on the head, not blisters. It looks like some sort of reaction to something but I’m not sure. There isn’t any discomfort. Could this be a STD?

Reply to nursehope's Post: Can that irritation look like herpes lesions? I know there are coditions caused by irritation and tramua that could do so. I do not have any burnin, itching, or any other discomfort.
