I went to a bon fire a couple of weeks ago out in the country. I was wearing a skirt that night. We were burning brush on my friends property. There were no bathrooms so I squated to go pee. Ever since then I have had this patch of red blotchy skin on my inner left thigh. It itches sometimes but it also burns sometimes too. It has spread just a little to my other thigh but not much. Now I have this really dry flaky patch on the bottom of my right butt cheek. I have no idea what it is. Someone told me it was poison sumac, but I haven’t been to the doctor. Can you tell me what it is? I was also wondering if it could be some kind of sexually transmitted rash, but it didn't show up until after that night so I don't really know.
