I have lymphedema in my right leg caused from scar tissue ...

I have lymphedema in my right leg caused from scar tissue in my groin area. All I ever hear is that I will just have to live with it. Is there not a surgeon somewhere that can fix this problem? Or Laser? I have tried the wrapping and wearing stockings, etc. I just want it gone. Is there anything I can do or someone I can see?

wrapping, stockings, diuretics and a pump that I use twice daily.
