If you know a nurse who has given out patient information. Who do you report her to? I live in Virginia.

Sure there was a custody battle for a child. The childs stepmother has a sister who is a nurse in the emergency room. So the sister provided dates and info on the grandmother also so the dates could be given to the attorney to have records sent to court to prove mother and grandmother was unfit. Is this enough. Thanks

The nurse which is the stepmothers sister. Gave info on the grandmothers trips to the emergency room. And the dates she was there.
