I've had an abortion and am still feeling things

I've had an abortion and am still feeling things inside (movement). I'm constantly thinking I'm pregnant. I was told to massage my uterus because my uterus was shrinking to its normal size, but the nurse bruised my stomach showing me how. Is it normal to feel things inside after an abotrion? Also, when I was pregnant I had my period twice and found out 5 months into it! I'm scared this will happen again.
