I have burning skin in the creases between my legs and genital area and around my testicles, and red and sensitive testicles. My doctor believed I had a UTI and I have been on Levaquin 5oo and the perscription is now out, yesterday being the last day.

I am sorry to hear of your discomfort. UTI's tend to have burning pain on urination and skin creases normally are not involved. I am not there so cant state with any certainty what you have, but from what you are writing, I am wondering if you might have a fungal infection in your skin creases. Symptoms of that would be reddened skin that can itch and burn. Most commonly redness such as you describe, is a fungal infection, and mild cases can be treated with an over the counter anti fungal cream. However you would need to see your doctor to make certain that is what you have.

Reply to Nurse Susan's Post: There is a thin red line on both sides where the burning is. Also my testicles are red? You didn't address that concern.

It's burning bad currently and I can't get into the doctor today. My testicles are also sore and sort compreesed and feel tight. Also my penis is contracting and scribbled up, never had this before. No discharge. What do you think?
