I just discovered that my 7month old, has a fused vagina!

I just discovered that my 7month old, has a fused vagina! Her regular Ped. is closed for the day. So my immediate response is ER. Now I am waiting on my husband to get home, to go. And in the mean time I am trying to find out all I can. My pediatrician book says don't panic it's not serious, but the nurse I spoke to on a1-800 nurse hotline said ER immediately.      My daughter does not have fever she is urinating and acting perfectly happy.. I AM FREAKING OUT!!!!
